Registering for the Australian Foster Care Conference is an automated system requiring data entry by the ticket purchaser or their representative.

The Foster Care Association agrees to provide a 2 and a half day Conference in return for payment of the required fee.

Tax Invoices are issued by email and are payable within 14 days.

Please note that the price charged is the one that is applicable to the date of payment NOT the date the registration was made.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Exchange
If you are unable to attend you can give your ticket to another person.

Cancellation
Up to 26 February 2008 a cancellation fee of 20% of your total booking fee will be charged.

After 27 February 2008 no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows at the Conference.

Please note
All reimbursemens will be made following the Conference.
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be in writing to “Neil”:mailto:neil@fostercareconference.com and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or email.

Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee.

Privacy

In registering for this Conference relevant details such as name and organisation, may be made available to other Conference participants and to inform you of future events.
