How to Register
To register for the conference you will need to complete the form and send it to us with your registration fee. If you are bringing children along you will need to provide details for them on the form too.
The prices have been kept as low as possible thanks to the generous support from our sponsors and additional help is also available from Lotterywest for some West Australian delegates.
So what will it cost?
Early Bird registrations must be booked and paid for by 27th February 2011

How can I pay?
By Cheque or Money Order
Please attach a cheque or money order made payable to Foster Care Association WA to the registration form and send to:

Privacy
In registering for this Conference relevant details such as name and organisation, may be made available to other Conference participants and to inform you of future events.
If you do not wish to have your name included please ensure you tick the appropriate box when completing the form.
Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Exchange
If you are unable to attend you can give your ticket to another person.
Cancellation
Up to 14th March 2011 a cancellation fee of 20% of your total booking fee will be charged.
After 14th March 2008 no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows at the Conference.
Please note
All reimbursemens will be made following the Conference.
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be in writing to “Neil”:mailto:neil@fostercareconference.com and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or email.
Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee.
